The Bushnell Pinseeker 1500 is a top of the line laser rangefinder that uses digital technology which gives you the correct distance from as little as 5 to as far as 1,500 yards. It weighs less than one pound and can be easily carried in your bag. It is accurate to within one yard and is 100% waterproof.
It works by sending out a pulse of energy at the push of a button, it then times how long it takes for that pulse of energy to travel to the target, bounce off of it, and come back, then tells you within one yard how far away the target is.

The Bushnell Golf Pinseeker 1500 features the ability to scan the golf course and have a continuous updated LCD display of the yards between you and what you are viewing, so you can see how far you are to hazards such as sand traps, ponds, or out of bounds markers. You can toggle between meters or yards, whatever you prefer, there is a battery life indicator, and also a signal strength indicator.
The Pinseeker 1500 features 3 different target modes to choose from, bullseye, brush, and pinseeker. The bullseye mode is for closer ranges and allows you to zero in on small targets. The brush setting is used to ignore foreground material such as trees and shrubs, and measures distance to objects in the background only. Finally there is the pinseeker setting, which is pretty self explanatory. This mode is designed specifically to zero in on the flag stick and give you the exact distance you need.
One of the best things about the Bushnell Pinseeker 1500 is that unlike GPS systems, it doesn’t matter what golf course you are on, you don’t need to download it ahead of time for it to work or pay any kind of annual membership fee, you walk on the course and you are ready to go!
